What You Get
As part of our commitment to your development, we provide skills and conditioning sheets that gymnasts can complete at their own pace. Parents can easily record videos of their gymnast performing these skills and share them via our Walto Gymnastics Instagram page. From there, our coaches will provide personalized feedback, technical guidance, and expert tips to help improve fundamental skills.
